I’ve been making granola for my family and friends in my kitchen for the past five or so years. Over lockdown I found myself getting more and more requests until I realised I had accidentally started a granola business. I then found the perfect working kitchen in the village of Appleton, Oxfordshire. I spent the summer of 2021 getting everything tested, tasted and prepared and launched Appleton Bakery Granola in September 2021.

I've sourced what I believe to be the very best ingredients (mostly organic). Every order is tray-baked in small batches and slow-roasted. I don’t use preservatives, additives, refined sugar or salt. The Original Granola is available in two sizes - medium and large. Smaller Granola (On The Go) bags are granola clusters for anyone who doesn't have time to sit down with a bowl. Mini Granola (In My Pocket) bags are exactly that - pocket-sized snack bags. Plus there are Carrot Cake & Chocolate blends as well as limited edition seasonal blends.

Appleton Bakery now features monthly at the Primrose Hill Food Market & 'Food Street' in Chiswick (full details under Stockists). As well as all the bags to take home, there's Build A Bowl with a range of yogurts, milks & fruit toppings to eat on the spot.
